NeurofiED And NeurofiED Lite
NeurofiED is operated by NeurofiED Ltd. This page applies to accounts used on the NeurofiED website, web learning platform, and the NeurofiED Lite mobile app.
Delete Your Account From The App
- Open NeurofiED Lite.
- Sign in to the account you want deleted.
- Open Settings.
- Choose Delete account and confirm the request.
This starts deletion of the signed-in account. You may be signed out immediately after the request completes.
Request Deletion Without The App
If you cannot access the app, email contact@neurofied.co.uk from the email address used for the account. Include “Delete my NeurofiED account” in the subject line.
If you are a parent, guardian, or educator requesting deletion for a learner, include enough information for us to identify the account. We may ask for additional verification before deleting data.
What We Delete
- Firebase authentication account details.
- NeurofiED user profile and account settings.
- User-linked NeurofiED Lite test attempts, scores, streaks, and result history.
- Push notification tokens registered by the app.
- Web learning progress and user-tied learning records where they are linked to the account.
- AI study-support records linked to the account, unless we need to retain a record for safety or legal reasons.
What We May Keep
- Billing, tax, refund, chargeback, and accounting records where we are legally required to keep them.
- Security, fraud-prevention, and audit records where retention is necessary to protect users or the service.
- Backups until normal backup cycles replace them.
- Anonymous or aggregated analytics that no longer identify the account.
- Anonymised test-performance records, such as test ID, cadence, subject, topic IDs, score, percentage, and completion date, with account identifiers and user responses removed.
App-store subscriptions are managed by Apple App Store or Google Play. Deleting your NeurofiED account does not automatically cancel an active app-store subscription, so you should also cancel the subscription in your app-store account if one is active.
Timing
In-app deletion normally starts immediately. Email requests are usually handled within one calendar month after we verify the request. Some retained records may remain for the periods described in our Privacy Policy.
Delete Some Data Only
To request deletion of some data without deleting your whole account, email contact@neurofied.co.uk and describe the data you want deleted.
